Apparently Hilton is very happy with their Bait and Switch policy on pets. The ALLOW pets but they do NOT have arrangements with third parties to TELL YOU that there is a $$$$$ SEVENTY FIVE DOLLAR upgrade!!! NO MENTION on 3rd party sites, therefore the consumer is FLEECED at time of check in.

The woman who worked at the front desk at night was always SO busy but friendly the whole time. The room was clean and comfy. The amenities supplied were really nice. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, but they always had coffee down stairs. The hotel had a really inviting vibe with their pool table and hang out area in the lobby area. It made it more enjoyable for our kids.
